• The situation there forced her deciding for a new carrier eg no more challenges, lack of discipline and accountability.

• At the end they dropped her at the Library

• The Library were opened and there were no members of staff to operate,

• She called the supervisor and she gave her an answer she cant solve the problem

• During that event it caused uncertainty and worry situation and the family was worried too

• Then she decided to write the resignation letter and handled over to her superiors

• Two weeks before the end of resignation notice she received an appointment letter and she secured a new carrier at the Namibia Parliament

And the turning point was the moment when…Marianne resigned from University
