Alex main character, UCC messenger who brought the letter, the Training matter whom Alex consulted, elder brother provided advice, children (daughter and son) also consulted as to take new job or think otherwise, Managing Director asked why he chose Alex, friends and relatives

It was a big thing which I thought at that time that I did not think I will do, managing a branch of UCC

Before: Rumours circulated that Alex is going to be appointed to the new position in the new location; frustrated Alex; received official appointment letter from UCC MD

During: Shocked and disappointed, not sure if the new offer was a good thing, took it as problem not challenge; consulted manager, who suggested that Alex take it as a challenge and not as a problem, consulted elder brother and he adviced that it is a once in a life time opportunity and that Alex should take it; Consulted children to seek their consent, which they did, confronted MD, and he said he knows how to pick winners

After: pack and go and prepare for new challenge, Centre up and running, Alex is looking forward to the higher positions, such as Managing Director

And the turning point was the moment when…Alex made that decision to accept the new appointment
