Canadian, but have been working as a training coordinator and project manager at a

small Johannesburg-based NGO called Women'sNet for the last 5 years. It's exciting to know that IICD and itrainonline will be gathering trainers' practice-based experiences, especially as it always so difficult to capture such experiences during and after the whirlwind world of workshop facilitation.
