Hi Team,

I am Elora Julius from Uganda. I am the Programme manager of Net2work, a project under Oasis Uganda a Christian organisation dealing with disadvantaged and marginalised young people who dropped out of school due to fees but are still willing to study. We teach and equip them with IT skills that can empower them to access the job market.

What I can give

- My personal experience in ICT training to the disadvantaged youth in uganda

What i expect

- I expect to get ICT training and instructor's training materials and compare them with what i have for perfection

What my job entails

i) Recruiting the marginalised and disadvantaged who dropped out of school

ii) Training both students and instructors

iii) providing leadership to the team

iv) Mentoring the staff

v) Making impact assessment of the training by making followups on trainees

vi) partner with like-minded organisations to extend the services to the whole country
