It all occurred in the office of the principal actor (call him the protagonist) when a friend visited at a time when the protagonist should have closed but couldn’t because there was work to be done on a manual that was to be used soon
3. CHARACTERS
The Protagonist is Ken. The other actor though not an antagonist is XXX. Name with held for reasons of international security! Oh yeah!
4. CHALLENGE
Our protagonist is keen on producing a manual for on Word processing for training on Monday. Today is Friday. Time is 17:15. He still has a lot of typing to do from the fat books lying on the desk.
__5. ACTION__
So the other actor walks in (lets just call him Actor 2). He chuckles politely and wonders if the task is achievable and in fact realistic in this age. Actor 2 gives our protagonist the link to Jamani's Guide to Computers Part III: MS Word Basics.
This is exactly what was trying to prepare. So he downloads it, customises it, and a new manual is ready in about two hours.
6. RESOLUTION
“Don’t even try to invent a wheel using wood. For your information Sir, there are hi-tech remote controlled wheels already in the system!
But…. Our story doesn’t end there.
