My name is Milner Makuni from Zambia and I'm IT Consultant and also Past President of Computer Society of Zambia (IT professional body). Furthermore, I have 11 years of Management Information Systems lecturing experience, IT Practioner etc. I look forward to sharing experiences and best practice or lessons learnt from all participants.

I have a number of expectations from the workshop. These Include:

• Share my wide experience in training technical and end-users and my changing role of doing training for profits and also for charity
• Learn on how online training materials can be customised to our local situation in Zambia within a specified period in time and make them relevant to end users.

Learning from fellow participants on best practices in material development for various target groups and various levels from practical experience of others

• Share my personal experience and that of my fellow Consultants and trainers on experiences in material development on what worked and did not work in short lessons learnt
• To have a wider resource base from participants for consultation on content development as requirements may dictate.
