My name is Ronald Bisaso from Makerere University School of Education in Uganda. I facilitate the Master of Education in ICT, a project that was initiated by UNESCO-IICBA in January 2004. It has been simultaneously running at three partner institutions namely; Addis Ababa University, University of Cape Coast, Ghana and Makerere University. The University of Pretoria, South Africa moderated the modules until December 2005.
